Ocean Grove Childcare Centre

RBD Consulting designed the mechanical and electrical services for this 800m2 childcare centre. The construction of this development was completed in 2020. 

Belmont Freemasons Extension

RBD Consulting designed the mechanical and electrical services for a 500m2 extension, housing two new commercial tenancies. 

Aboriginal Housing-Reservoir

RBD Consulting are designing the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services to suit the development of 14 apartments. This project is currently in construction.  

BankVic Tenancy Fit Out

RBD Consulting designed the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for a new BankVic fit out at Monash Medical Centre. The construction of this development was completed in 2020. 

Lucerne Crescent Residences

RBD Consulting are designing the mechanical and electrical services to suit the development of two bespoke residences. With a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, this project has been a great opportunity for innovation and best practise design. This project is current in construction. 

Dawoodi Bohra Place of Worship

RBD Consulting are designing the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for a new 1600m2 place of worship. This development will include prayer halls, communal areas and a commercial kitchen.

Melbourne Square Childcare Centre

RBD Consulting designed the mechanical and electrical services for a new 750m2 childcare centre. The proposed tenancy is located in the Melbourne Square tower and was provided as a cold shell prior to fit out documentation. The construction of this development was completed in 2020. 

Curzon Place

RBD Consulting are engaged to design all services for 15No. apartments on a challenging site in North Melbourne. The project will shortly go to tender. 

Nightingale Albion

RBD Consulting are engaged to design all services for a large mixed use development on Albion Street in Brunswick. The development will include 100No. apartments and 30No. mixed use commercial tenancies. The development will operate as carbon neutral is aspires to embody best practice design for suitability and livability. The project is currently in construction. 

Blackburn Childcare

RBD Consulting were engaged to design all services for a commercial childcare centre in Blackburn. The development took place in an old Supermarket tenancy. The construction of this project was completed in 2020.   

AHV Dandenong

RBD Consulting were engaged to design all services for a a multi-residential Development in Dandenong for Aboriginal Housing Victoria. The development includes 10No. apartments. The project is currently in construction. 

Wodonga Tafe

RBD Consulting were engaged to design mechanical and electrical services for a proposed Youth Centre development at Wodonga Tafe. The development include 40No. self contained Dorm rooms and adjacent staff, education and amenities.  

Heathmont Childcare

RBD Consulting were engaged to design mechanical and electrical services for a proposed two storey Childcare Centre in Heathmont. The project is currently in construction. 

Frankston Childcare

RBD Consulting were engaged to design all services for a Childcare Centre in Frankston. The project is currently in detailed design.

RBD Consulting were engaged to design electrical services for a Childcare Centre development in Mernda. This project is currently in construction.
